Products

The wines offered for sale are agricultural products subject to EU regulations on alcohol sales. The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.

By placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age and reside in a country where alcohol importation is permitted.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros inclusive of applicable taxes. They may be updated at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation and are charged separately. Free shipping from 24 bottles (mainland France, excluding Corsica).

Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes a firm and binding sales contract.

A confirmation email summarising your order is sent upon validation. Please keep it for your records.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock shortage or obvious pricing error, with a full refund issued promptly.

Payment

Payment is made online via Stripe (TLS/SSL encryption). No card data is stored on our servers.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. Failed payments result in automatic cancellation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Cercié (Rhône), typically within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Zones served: mainland France (est. 2–5 business days) and the European Union (est. 5–10 business days, depending on country).

Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. In case of damage, please note reservations in writing with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unopened, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Warranties and complaints

Products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects under applicable law.

All complaints should be sent to: domvoujon.brunet69@orange.fr, specifying your order number and the nature of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
