Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of bottles and destination (mainland France).
6 to 12 bottles: approximately €20.
12 to 24 bottles: approximately €30.
Special formats (magnums, large containers): adjusted per parcel.
Free shipping: from 24 bottles (mainland France, excluding Corsica).
Preparation & tracking

Confirmation email and tracking link at dispatch.
Returns & breakage
Returns accepted for unopened bottles.
If damaged, contact us within 48h with photos.
Refund or reship depending on the situation.
